Matthew Quirin, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Information Security and Risk Management Strategic Portfolio and GRC at Highmark Health since April 2019, while also holding the position of Director of Strategy Execution & Sustainability in the same field. Matthew has extensive experience in various roles related to information security, risk management, and strategy execution, with a career that spans over a decade across multiple organizations including HM Health Solutions, Highmark Inc., Pixia, Global Risk Advisors, and IBM. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Space Operations from American Military University, a Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies from American Public University System, and an Associate's degree in Applied Science in Communication from the Community College of the Air Force, along with advanced leadership training from Emeritus and MIT Sloan Executive Education.
