Emily Edwards, MA, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in managing diverse teams across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Customer Success Manager at NewRocket since July 2021, Emily leads remote teams in delivering innovative customer service solutions. Prior to this, Emily worked as a Creative Consultant/Project Manager at Robert Half, overseeing projects for clients such as Otter Products and LRXD. Previous roles include Project Manager at Crispin Porter Bogusky, where oversight of high-profile corporate accounts involved managing up to 30 projects simultaneously, and Associate Project Manager at GSD&M, facilitating communication across various accounts. Emily began her career as a Communications Support Coordinator at Oncor Electric Delivery.
