Katja Zurcher

Katja Zurcher is an experienced professional in talent management, learning and development, and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at NewRocket since August 2022, Katja previously held the role of Senior Learning & Development Lead at Abrigo from January 2022 to August 2022. Prior to that, Katja worked at Rackspace as a Senior Global Program Manager and Trainer, alongside duties as a Global Trainer, from August 2018 to January 2022. Katja's career also includes significant contributions at Laureate International Universities as Lead Trainer for the College of Health Sciences at Walden University and as an Enrollment Advisor. Additional experience includes managerial roles at Hollister Co. and Gilly Hicks. Katja holds a Master of Fine Arts in Fiction from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Rhodes College.
