Kevin Horning

Kevin Horning has a diverse work experience in software development and management roles. Kevin is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at NewRocket, where they have been working since 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Software Development Manager at NewRocket, where they successfully established relationships and processes with direct report developers, built a nurturing development culture, and mentored developers for their professional growth and learning.

Before their time at NewRocket, Kevin worked at Ceresti Health as a Software Development Manager and Sr. Software Engineer. In these roles, they led cross-functional teams, created scalable solutions, and supported their team by writing code and providing technical expertise.

Kevin also has experience working at XIFIN, Inc., where they served as a Staff Software Engineer and Sr. Software Engineer. In these positions, they designed and developed user interfaces, provided technical leadership, and enhanced user experience.

Prior to XIFIN, Inc., Kevin started their career as a Software Engineer at Cardiff, an Autonomy Company. In this role, they developed various features including Ajax validations, offline forms, and interfaces for barcodes.
