Laura Sue D'Annunzio is the Chief People Officer at Highmetric. Laura has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, and has been with Highmetric since October 2019. Prior to Highmetric, Laura Sue was the Chief People Officer at Rackspace from March 2018 to October 2019, where they were responsible for all aspects of HR in support of business and cultural transformation, including rebuilding senior leadership team and evolution of core values and behaviors. Laura Sue has also held the position of Managing Director People & Culture at Grant Thornton LLP from May 2015 to December 2016, where they were responsible for driving strategic talent improvement across the US, including high-value HR business partner relationships with the Line of Business leaders across Tax, Audit, and Advisory as well as the geographic leaders across 3 regions and 11 market territories.

Laura Sue D’Annunzio has a MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College.
