Phil is currently the VP of Professional Services at NewRocket, where they bring innovative and creative solutions to a wide range of clients. Prior to this, Phil served as the VP of Professional Services at Iceberg Networks, leading a committed team in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) and Security Operations solutions. Phil also transformed and led the services organization at Telepin Software Systems Inc., after Volaris' acquisition of the company. Phil has held senior positions at CGI, where they managed and developed strategic client relationships, and at ANCILE Solutions, Inc., where they directed global strategic alliances and led professional services and sales teams. Phil started their career at GP Strategies Corporation, where they grew and led professional services teams, managed partner relationships, and implemented software solutions for Fortune 100 customers. Overall, Phil has a strong track record of driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction in the professional services field.

Phil Volpe's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from the University of Waterloo and an exchange program in Electrical Engineering at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne). Phil also holds an MBA from Queen's University.
