Manikandan Venkatesan is an experienced professional in product growth and solutions architecture, currently serving as a Founding Member for Product Growth at Highperformr.ai since December 2023. Previously, from July 2016 to November 2023, Manikandan worked at Freshworks in various roles, including Solutions Architect, Lead Solutions Consultant, Senior Solutions Consultant, and Senior Product Specialist, where responsibilities included implementing CRM and SaaS solutions for enterprises and building relationships to drive product adoption. Prior experience includes serving as an Integration Engineer at Ericsson India, focusing on the integration of LTE with existing systems for key clients like AT&T and T-Mobile. Manikandan holds a Post Graduate Program in Management from Great Lakes Institute of Management and a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
