Ershad Ali Mohammad

Ershad Ali Mohammad is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at HighRadius since June 2024, Ershad previously held the position of Director of Engineering at Harness from May 2022 to July 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Sr Manager of Software Engineering at Bloomberg Industry Group from May 2015 to April 2022, and earlier roles as Senior Lead Engineer at both the State of Iowa and Pioneer Seed Company. Additional roles include Technical Project Manager at Charles Schwab, Technology Lead at Boeing, and Software Engineer at DHL. Ershad holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
