Trey Gregory

Thomas (Trey) Gregory is the founder and CEO of Highridge Consulting Services. Trey began his career in the healthcare industry as a hospital Maintenance Director. While in that role Trey achieved his certification as a Respiratory Therapist and transitioned to the hospital’s durable medical equipment division.

Recognizing the potential for business growth through increased levels of patient service, Trey purchased the business from the hospital and Central Health Services was born. Trey’s strategic focus on building strong customer focused staffing and processes resulted in Central Health Services growing over 4000% in just eight years with Trey filling roles including Director of Marketing, General Manager & Compliance Officer, and CEO.

In 2011, Trey’s partner in Central Health Services purchased his interest in the company and Trey began to explore opportunities in the corrosion services field. Beginning as Corrosion Project Manager for Vince Myers Construction, Trey recognized the same opportunities in the corrosion services industry as previously identified in the durable medical equipment field. Trey launched Highridge Consulting Services with the same strategic focus on customers and customer-centric operations.

In just a few years, Highridge has grown to serve multiple clients in 30 states, owing primarily to the focus on integrity, professionalism, and safety, while delivering outstanding customer service and quality work.

Trey gives back to his community by serving on the Prague School Board.
