Lauren Korfhage

Lauren Korfhage has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. From 2013 to 2022, they have worked in various positions in the healthcare industry. Most recently, they joined HighRoads in 2022 as a Medicare Product Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Humana for almost a decade. Lauren'sroles at Humana included Senior Insurance Product Manager - Special Programs Team, Senior Insurance Product Manager - Individual Medicare, Insurance Product Manager - Individual Medicare, Senior Technology Implementation Professional, Analyst, Test Lead, and Clinical Intake Specialist. In these positions, Lauren demonstrated their expertise in product management, technology implementation, and business analysis. Lauren was responsible for writing and testing system requirements, coordinating with IT and business partners, and serving as a main point of contact for system-related inquiries. Additionally, they played a key role in testing new functionality and improving the functionality of various healthcare systems.

Lauren Korfhage completed their Associate's degree from Danville Area Community College/Danville Junior College between 2009 and 2011. Lauren then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2011 to 2013. Later, between 2016 and 2018, Lauren achieved their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
