Scott Wendt

Scott Wendt has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Scott currently serves as the Director of Engineering at HighRoads starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at HighRoads as a Technical Engineering Manager from May 2021 to April 2023.

Before joining HighRoads, Scott spent a significant portion of their career at ConvergeOne, where they held the position of Principal Software Architect (R&D) from May 2011 to May 2021. Their responsibilities included pre-sales and post-sales requirements gathering, software architecture and design, documentation authoring, and product testing oversight.

Scott also worked as a Solutions Architect at Cross Telecom from May 2006 to May 2011, where they contributed to designing and implementing solutions for clients.

Beginning their career, Scott served as a Paramedic - Crew Chief at the City of Sun Prairie from January 1994 to March 2001. Scott then transitioned to the United States Navy, where they held the rank of E-6/BU1 from June 1993 to March 2001.
