Azmi Kusumastuti Utomo

Azmi Kusumastuti Utomo is an Employee Experience Specialist currently employed at HighScope Indonesia since July 2023. Previous experience includes serving as Assessment Staff at PT. BRIlian Indah Gemilang (BRIdge) from October 2019 to February 2023, where responsibilities involved managing client communications and organizing assessment schedules. Azmi has also worked with the Dinas Pendidikan Kota Surabaya as a Tester for the Student Academic Potential Test and as a Tester for Students with Special Needs from May 2017 to May 2019. Earlier roles include an internship and assessor assistant position at Lembaga Pengkajian dan Pengembangan Psikologi Terapan and a trainer for the Life Mapping Program at Universitas Airlangga. Azmi holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitas Airlangga, obtained in 2019.
