Caitlin Rollman is a seasoned product management professional with significant experience in driving product strategies and frameworks at Highspot as Sr. Director of Product Management since February 2020, focusing on the Content and Guidance product and maintaining a strong NPS. Prior to Highspot, Caitlin held various roles at Microsoft from August 2010 to February 2020, including Director of Product Management and Principal PM Manager for the Office Platform, where key contributions involved enhancing the user experience for Add-ins across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as leading accessibility initiatives for Sway. Caitlin began their career with internships at IBM, SolidWorks, and Bertrandt AG, and holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Brown University.
