Boudewijn Docter

Boudewijn Docter is currently the Chief Growth Officer at HighTechXL, a venture builder and startup accelerator focused on deep tech. In addition, they serve as an advisor for ANTENNEX, MicroAlign, and T-Soles. Previously, Boudewijn was deeply involved with EFFECT Photonics, where they held various roles including Founder, President, CTO, and Advisor. Their educational background includes a PhD in Photonics from Eindhoven University of Technology.
