Nagappa Bhairagond

Nagappa Bhairagond has a solid work experience in various roles and companies. Nagappa started their career as a QA at Rajkumar Forge Ltd and gained experience in manufacturing activities planning, lean activities, and Six Sigma. Nagappa then moved on to Texmaco Indonesia as a Manager of Operation, where they successfully handled plant operations for nearly 7 years. Nagappa then joined Kalyani Forge as an AGM in Operations, where they further enhanced their skills until 2006. In the same year, they joined Hightemp Furnaces Ltd as a Senior General Manager and also took on the role of Plant Head, where they were responsible for various activities, including the start of greenfield projects. Overall, Nagappa brings a wealth of experience in plant management, operations, and quality assurance.

Nagappa Bhairagond completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, along with an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, from 1986 to 1989. Nagappa further pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management and Supervision from XLRI Jamshedpur, from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained a certification in B.E (Mechanical) + MBA from XLRI and Mysore University, in May 1986.
