Carrie Cassidy

Carrie Cassidy currently serves as the Director of Clinician Recruitment and Experience at Hightop Health since October 2024. Prior to this role, Carrie held the position of Director of Clinical Recruitment and Clinician Experience at Mindful Health Solutions, where the focus was on innovative interventional psychiatric care and telepsychiatry services from October 2021 to October 2024. Additionally, Carrie has extensive experience in talent acquisition, including roles as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Acquisition Partner at Headwaters Medical, and as Senior Physician Recruiter and Physician Recruiter with the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Resource Family Specialist and Foster Family Recruitment expert and working as an Executive Recruiter at Murray & Associates. Carrie earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Sociology from Montana State University in 2006.
