Gurinder Ahluwalia

Gurinder Ahluwalia serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board at InspereX, a position held since March 2021 following the merger of 280 CapMarkets, where Gurinder was Co-Founder & CEO, with Incapital. Additionally, Gurinder is the Lead Director and Chair of the Audit Committee for the Board of Directors at HighTower since January 2018, and an Executive Partner at Thomas H Lee Partners since 2016. Between 2011 and 2021, Gurinder chaired the board of Ensaaf, a nonprofit focused on justice for state crimes in India. Previous roles include President & CEO at AssetMark and GE Private Asset Management, and Chief Risk Officer at GE Edison Life. Gurinder holds an MSEE from New Jersey Institute of Technology, a B.E. from The Cooper Union, and a B.S. in Computer Science from New York University.
