Scot Kees

Scot Kees is the chief administrative & legal officer for Hightower, leading our firm's legal department and providing strategic oversight and guidance to our human resources, operations, information security, risk, compliance and supervision teams. Scot is a former partner at an AM Law 100 law firm and brings deep experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate, securities, regulatory, and privacy law. He has also served as general counsel and chief compliance officer for three financial services firms and brings years of in-depth experience supporting professional advisors.
