Lea Underwood

Lea Underwood is a seasoned professional in human resources and administration with a diverse background across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Race Rock since July 2023, Lea previously held the roles of Senior Administrative Assistant and Human Resources Representative at RESCON Restoration & Construction from February 2020 to July 2023, and Human Resources Representative at Boston Pads from March 2016 to February 2020. Additional experience includes positions as a Senior Executive Assistant, an Assistant Teacher at Longwood Medical Area Child Care Center, and an Elder Visitor Intern at FriendshipWorks. Earlier career experience includes an Administrative Intern role at Hartford HealthCare Medical Group. Lea earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Emmanuel College in Boston, graduating in 2015.
