Joe Pence has been working as a rate specialist at Highway Transport Logistics, Inc. for over 26 years. Prior to that, Joe was an Assistant Manager at Weigels Inc. Additionally, Joe holds an Associate's degree in Accounting from Draughons Junior College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bearden High School.
