Charity Baxter

Charity Baxter has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in the hospitality industry. Charity began their career at Devil's Thumb Ranch Resort and Spa in 2004, starting as a Spa Manager and later progressing to become the Director of Spa and Activities. In 2012, they were promoted to the role of Executive Director of Spa, Recreation & Retail. In 2018, Charity joined Devil's Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa as an Assistant General Manager and held that position until 2022. In the same year, they joined Highway West Vacations as a General Manager and then moved up to become the Regional Operations Manager. Currently, Charity holds the position of Director of Operations at Highway West Vacations.

Charity Baxter's education history begins in 1994 when they attended Appalachian State University. Charity studied Recreation and Hospitality Management and received their Bachelor of Science degree in 1998. Following this, in 1999, Charity enrolled in the Center for Massage and Natural Health and completed a program to become a Certified Massage Therapist in the field of Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage. Charity'seducational journey continued in 2008 at Regis University, where they pursued and achieved a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business. Charity'stime at Regis University lasted until 2011.
