Andy Butterfield has extensive experience in operational and service delivery roles within the highways sector, currently serving as Director of Operational Services at National Highways since May 2013, overseeing a significant £300m+ per annum road maintenance program. Previously, Andy held various leadership positions at Highways England from 2006 to 2013, including Service Delivery Manager, where responsibilities included managing a £120m road renewal program and leading a multidisciplinary team. Andy holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Management from Coventry University and a postgraduate certificate in the same field from the University of Sussex.
