Kirsty Ryan

Kirsty Ryan is currently the Director of Organisational Development at National Highways, having started in April 2022. Previously, Kirsty served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Cadent Gas Limited from June 2020 to March 2022 and held various HR roles at Worcestershire County Council, National Grid, Kellogg Company, Airwave, Ecclesiastical Insurance Group, Dyson, and Clarke Willmott LLP. With a robust background in HR management and employee relations, key achievements include designing effective commission schemes that significantly boosted sales revenue. Kirsty’s extensive experience spans over a decade, including a decade at ACAS as an Employment Law Advisor, where a high settlement rate in tribunal cases was achieved. Kirsty holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of the West of England, as well as a BSc in Business Studies with Human Resource Management from The University of Salford.
