Steve Iles

Steve ILES is an experienced professional in project and programme management, currently serving as Head of Portfolio Delivery at Highways England since May 2017, where a notable achievement includes successfully delivering a complex HR system migration project utilizing Agile techniques. ILES has also held the position of Director and Project Manager at Pilgrims Lodge IT Solutions since April 2015, focusing on account management and business development. Prior experience includes serving as Business Efficiency Programme Manager at Openreach from June 2007 to March 2015, where ILES implemented Six-Sigma methodologies to enhance program governance and risk strategies. Earlier, as PMO Programme Manager at BT Global Services between August 2005 and May 2007, ILES established a skilled PMO team for a significant global outsourcing project.
