Amit Kumar has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Amit started their career as a System Administrator at Vodafone in 2009 and worked there until 2012. In 2012, they joined AGS Transact Technologies Ltd as an Engineer Customer Support, where they gained experience in effective team coordination and ATM installation. Amit then moved on to Diebold Nixdorf in 2013, where they worked as a Senior Customer Service Engineer, responsible for attending work orders, handling ATM installations and commissioning, and maintaining customer relationships. In 2016, they were promoted to a Team Leader role, where they managed a team of technical specialists and support engineers. In 2019, they took on the role of a Service Delivery Manager, accountable for managing client portfolios and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. In 2022, they held Deputy Manager positions at both HighWire Press and MPS Limited. Throughout their career, Amit Kumar has demonstrated skills in account management, relationship building, and technical problem-solving.

Amit Kumar, PRINCE2®, has a diverse education history that includes a Master of Business Administration (Global) from Deakin University. Amit also possesses a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. Additionally, Amit holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology from Eastern Institute of Integrated Learning in Management.

In terms of certifications, Amit has attained the Six Sigma Foundations certification from LinkedIn in January 2021. Amit also completed PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from GreyCampus in June 2019.
