Oliver Dempster

Oliver Dempster has a diverse background in property development and land management. With experience in both the public and private sectors, Oliver has held roles as a Planning and Development Assistant, Planning Enforcement Officer, Housing Officer, Land Agent, Negotiator, and Supervisor. Oliver obtained a degree in Property Development from the University of Portsmouth in 2015. Currently, Oliver works at Highwood Group as a Planning and Development Assistant.
