Dave Pastir

Dave Pastir has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as President and COO at Higley Construction since November 1996, after holding multiple leadership roles including Executive Vice President and Sr. Vice President of Operations. Prior to this, Dave worked at Northeastern Cement, Inc. as an Estimator/Project Manager and at The Albert M. Higley Co. as a Project Engineer and Co-Op. Dave holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Engineering Technologies from The University of Akron, earned between 1989 and 1994.
