Kimiya Roesser

Kimiya Roesser, CIR, currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at HIKE2 since June 2023. Prior experience includes working at IBM from October 2021 to June 2023 as a Senior Principal Talent Acquisition Partner, where the focus was on leveraging intelligence and science to enhance business and societal outcomes. Prior to IBM, Kimiya held the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Summa Technologies from July 2012 until its acquisition by CGI in August 2017, also serving as a Senior Recruiter at CGI until October 2021. Kimiya's earlier career featured positions as a Recruiting Specialist at The Avascent Group and a University Programs Specialist at Forrester Construction Company, along with experience in client relations at Ayrshire Associates Investment Counsel. Kimiya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Drake University.
