Rebecca Kerr

Rebecca Kerr is the Director of People and Talent at HIKE2. Rebecca has over 6 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. Rebecca has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Pittsburgh.

Rebecca started their career as a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate at Bayer, where they were responsible for full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions. Rebecca then became the Director of Human Resources at Quality Life Services, where they oversaw all HR functions for the company. In their most recent role, as a Senior Recruiter at Syndicus NACON, they specialized in recruiting for IT and Engineering positions.

In their current role at HIKE2, Rebecca is responsible for all aspects of people and talent management. Rebecca works closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategy, and provides support to managers on issues such as staffing, training, performance management, compliance, and change management. Rebecca also administers the annual open enrollment process and benefits administration.

Rebecca Kerr has a degree from Fitchburg State University and is certified in SHRM and USF Corporate Training. Rebecca has also completed a certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace.
