Joanne Khadra

Joanne Khadra has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of HR Operations at Hikma Pharmaceuticals since September 2009. In this role, Joanne develops and executes HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and provides strategic direction to the HR team. Previous positions at Hikma include Human Resources Business Partner, Group Compensation and Benefits Manager, and Corporate Recruitment Manager, where Joanne played key roles in aligning HR initiatives with business needs, developing compensation strategies, and planning talent acquisition. Prior to Hikma, Joanne worked as a Graduate Engineer at Petrofac, where participation in the Graduate Development Program provided valuable insights into various operational departments. Joanne holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology, earned in 2007.
