Rick Horsfall

Rick Horsfall currently serves as the Manager of Training Operations at Hikma Pharmaceuticals, beginning in September 2024. Prior to this role, Rick held a similar position at Xellia Pharmaceuticals from August 2022 to September 2024 and managed Training and Organizational Development at Cleveland State University from December 2011 to October 2022, focusing on leadership development programs and enhancing human resources revenue streams.
