Beth Oldfield

Beth Oldfield started their career at CIGNA Healthcare in 1993 as a Client Service Representative before moving on to Aetna in 1995 as an Account Manager. Beth then returned to CIGNA Healthcare in 1997 as an Enroller. In 2004, they joined Hilb Group as the VP of Compliance, where they played a crucial role in interpreting and implementing federal healthcare laws and regulations to educate clients and colleagues.

Beth Oldfield completed their Bachelor's Degree in Education at Framingham State University from 1988 to 1990. Prior to that, they studied Education at Central Michigan University from 1985 to 1987. Additionally, they obtained certifications including Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Retirement Plans Associate (RPA), and Group Benefits Associate (GBA) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in the years 2010 to 2013.
