Cassi L. Spigle

Cassi L. Spigle has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, starting with roles as an Account Manager at Aetna Health Plans and progressing to become a Director of Account Management at UnitedHealth Group. Cassi L. later held positions as a Benefits Account Manager at AH&T Insurance and then moved on to roles at Kelly Insurance Agency and Summit Insurance Services, where they served as Vice President of Account Management and Vice President of Operations. Cassi L.'sexperience also includes working as an Innovation Health Account Director at Aetna and serving as the Chief Operations Officer for Summit Insurance before it was acquired by Hilb Group. Most recently, Cassi held the position of Regional Director of Operations at Hilb Group before moving on to their current role as Vice President, National Employee Benefits Practice and MBA Candidate at the company. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to drive growth and retention strategies, and a focus on integrating and improving operations in rapidly growing organizations.

Cassi L. Spigle obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University in 1997. Cassi L. also attended Mount Si High School where they received a General degree in 1993. In addition, Cassi completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Organizational Leadership from James Madison University in 2025. Cassi L. also participated in the William & Mary Leadership Institute in 2022 and studied Project Management at Virginia Tech in 2016. Cassi holds certifications including Group Benefits Associate, Property and Casualty Insurance Agent, and Life, Annuities and Health Insurance Agent.
