Jennifer Allen

Jennifer Allen, CBIA has extensive experience in corporate communications and marketing, with a focus on managing teams, developing communication strategies, and overseeing the creation and distribution of corporate communications. Jennifer began their career as a Marketing Coordinator at Builders Mutual Insurance Company in 1999 and progressed through various roles to become the Communications & Content Marketing Manager. In 2022, they shifted to the role of Corporate Communications Director at Hilb Group. Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and a talent for developing and implementing marketing initiatives.

Jennifer Allen, CBIA received their BA in English with a concentration in Writing and Editing from North Carolina State University from 1996 to 1999.
