Shane Gillies has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Earlier in their career, Shane served as the Region Vice President at Essilor of America, where they had P&L responsibility for medical device laboratory services. Shane managed sixteen labs, three remote sales teams, and a total of 551 associates. Shane'sresponsibilities included setting marketing and sales strategies, improving lab operations, budgeting, planning, forecasting, and making sales calls on large practices and buying groups.
Prior to Essilor of America, Shane worked at Frito Lay as a Zone Sales Leader, leading a $77MM sales team in the Dallas market. Shane supervised 15 direct reports and a sales force of 165+ individuals, calling on major customers such as Kroger, Albertson's, Safeway, and various mass retailers. During their tenure, they achieved exceptional revenue and operating efficiency rankings.
Shane Gillies earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Pittsburgh between the years 1985 and 1989.
