Spencer Kerr

Spencer Kerr currently serves as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Hilcorp, having joined the company in May 2012. With a progressive career at Hilcorp, Spencer held various titles including Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, Assistant General Counsel, and Senior Legal Counsel. Prior to Hilcorp, Spencer worked as an Associate at Bracewell & Giuliani LLP from September 2007 to May 2012. Spencer earned a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Texas School of Law between 2004 and 2007 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, completed in 2004 as part of the Plan II Honors Program.
