Theodore Kwong

Theodore Kwong is a Partner and Counsel at Hilgers Graben PLLC, a position held since 2020. Prior to this, Theodore served as an Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from October 2014 to 2019 and worked as a Law Clerk for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas from August 2013 to August 2014. Theodore holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, completed in 2013, and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology and Political Science, respectively, from the University of Arizona, graduating in 2009.
