Josh Tolman

Josh Tolman's work experience starts in 2013 as Deputy CEO at CameronTec, where they assisted with the integration process after the company's acquisition. In 2014, they became a non-executive board member of CameronTec, providing support to customers as needed.

In the same year, they joined ThinkCERCA, first as Chief Technology Officer, where they built a highly successful online literacy solution. Josh then transitioned to Chief Operating Officer, focusing on driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, financial forecasting, and goal setting.

Josh has also been involved with various organizations in advisory and board roles. Josh served as a Board Advisor for Percent Pledge, a Mentor at 1871, and a Board Member at Intrinsic Schools.

In 2018, they became Chief Integration Officer at TradeHelm, leading the company's M&A activities before its acquisition by Acacia Group. Josh also held the role of Chief Strategy Officer at TradeHelm, where they optimized the company's offerings to align with software development challenges.

Alongside their other roles, Josh has served as a Board Director at HiLink and HomeKey Systems, Inc., and is currently a Managing Partner at Muditā Venture Partners, a venture capital firm that invests in passionate entrepreneurs focused on making a positive impact at scale.

Josh Tolman attended Washington University in St. Louis from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. During their time at the university, they also pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in International Business from the Olin School of Business from 1993 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in AWS Business Professional from Amazon in February 2018.
