Alasdair joined the Manchester office in 2017 from the local office of another international law firm where he practised in the banking and finance team for 13 years, latterly as a partner. His clients include many high-street and alternative lenders, local corporates and private equity houses.
Alasdair's practice covers the full range of non-contentious finance work including real estate finance (both investment and development), acquisition and leveraged finance, asset based lending and general corporate banking matters. Transactions will typically include different debt structures and often involve cross-border elements.
