Nick Pye

Nick is a partner in the property corporate and investment team, dealing with all aspects of non-contentious property work.

Nick became a partner at Cuff Roberts in 1986, and thereafter was a partner in Halliwells following the merger between the two firms in 2005. He then joined the firm with other colleagues from Halliwells in 2010.

Nick acts for a number of corporate clients and individuals, working with a team of experts in connection with aspects of commercial conveyancing, including sale and purchase, and landlord and tenant work. He also deals with site acquisition for residential development and all post-acquisition work, including overseeing the sale of developed residential plots.

Nick qualified as a solicitor having obtained LLB (Hons) from Liverpool University.
