Jason Lau

Jason Lau began their work experience as an IT Desktop Analyst at Zenith Optimedia in 2004. Jason was responsible for Windows Active Directory administration and provided helpdesk support for local and remote offices. Jason then joined Omnicom Media Group in 2007 as an IT Desktop Specialist and Application Specialist. In this role, they administered Altiris Deployment and standardized workstations according to the company's needs. Jason also handled the installation and maintenance of various media applications. In 2008, Jason joined Li & Fung USA as a Client Technology Engineering where they served as a LANDesk and Casper Suite Administrator. Jason designed, implemented, and managed LANDesk Management Suite. Jason then worked as an IT Senior Associate Level 1 at The Graduate Center, City University of New York (CUNY) from 2012 to 2022, specializing in Mac and PC technician roles and administration of JAMF Pro 10.32.2. Currently, Jason is employed as an IT Manager at Hill Holliday, starting in 2022.

Jason Lau attended the Katharine Gibbs School from 2001 to 2003, where they studied Computer Network Operations. In addition to their education, Jason obtained several certifications from JAMF Software, including Certified Casper Mobile Administrator in March 2014, Certified JSS Administrator in February 2014, and Certified Casper Administrator in January 2014.
