Tayler Carraway

Tayler Carraway is currently the VP of Revenue at Hill House Home. Tayler has also worked at Happy Medium, Retayler, Victoria's Secret, Ralph Lauren, and J.Crew. Tayler started their career at RWTH Aachen University in 2009 as a Program Manager. In 2012, they moved to J.Crew as an eCommerce Merchandiser. In 2016, they transferred to Ralph Lauren as Digital Operations. The following year, they joined Victoria's Secret as an eCommerce Merchandiser for Beauty. In 2019, they left Victoria's Secret to join Happy Medium.

Tayler Carraway has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and they attended Stephen F. Austin High School.

Their manager is Nell Diamond, CEO. and Madelena Collins - Director of Customer Experience reports to Tayler Carraway. They work with Allie Gray - Director of Growth Marketing, Haley Morgan Tenney - Director of Brand Marketing, and Sara Worth Mullally - Design Director.
