Dan Heilig

Dan Heilig has extensive work experience in the field of program management and construction management. Dan started their career in 1976 and held various positions in different companies such as Stearns Roger, UE&C, URS, and Washington Group. Dan served as a Program Controls Manager in these organizations until 1996.

From 1996 to 2000, Dan worked as an Operations Manager at KJM and Asso and DMJM Harris. From 2000 to 2007, they worked at Carter & Burgess where they served as an Operations Manager.

Dan then joined CH2M Hill in 2007 and held the role of Vice President. Dan was responsible for Operations, Sales, and Marketing for the WEST region of the USA. Dan also served as the Vice President of the Transportation Business Group at CH2M Hill.

In 2013, Dan joined Hill International, Inc. as a Senior Vice President. Dan was responsible for sales, marketing, and operations for program management and construction management. Dan served as the Program Manager for various projects including Sound Transit LRT, Denver RTD FasTracks Program, Anaheim Street Car, VTA San Jose Berryessa commuter rail oversight, and FRA High-Speed Rail West Region.

Throughout their career, Dan Heilig has demonstrated leadership and expertise in managing large-scale projects in the transit and rail industry.

Dan Heilig obtained their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University between the years 1969 and 1973. Later, they completed their Master of Business Administration with a focus on Managing Change from the University of Denver from 1993 to 1998.
