Edward Harb

Edward Harb is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in overseeing high-profile projects across various companies. Currently serving as a Construction Manager at Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) since July 2022, Edward manages multiple projects through all phases of design and construction. Previously, as a Senior Construction Manager at Unified Business Technologies (UBT), Edward was responsible for managing projects through completion, ensuring quality assurance and contract compliance. Notably, Edward served as Project Director for significant developments such as the Deira Island Mall in Dubai and the Mall of Qatar, a $1.5 billion project. With a solid foundation in architecture and engineering, holding a Bachelor of Architecture from Oklahoma State University, Edward has consistently delivered complex projects while collaborating with engineering and contract specialists throughout a diverse career.
