Kshitish Nadgauda

Kshitish Nadgauda is a seasoned professional in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as Senior Vice President & Managing Director for India at Hill International, Inc., since February 2024. Prior to this role, Kshitish held the position of Senior Vice President & Managing Director for Asia at Louis Berger from December 2015 to November 2023. Kshitish's extensive experience also includes serving as Vice President and Oman Area Manager for the Transportation Division at Parsons Corporation between February 2000 and December 2015. Kshitish began a career in engineering as a Structural (Bridge) Design Engineer, with TAMS Consultants from April 1993 to January 2000, and earlier at Berger Lehman Associates from 1987 to 1993. Kshitish holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering and Engineering Mechanics from Columbia University, earned between 1985 and 1987, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the College of Engineering Pune, obtained from 1980 to 1984. Early education includes a Higher Secondary School Certificate in Sciences from St. Vincent's Junior College and a High School Degree from The Bishop's School in Pune, India.
