Onur Alkir

Onur Alkir is an experienced construction management professional with a robust background in program and project management. Currently serving as Program Manager at Hill International, Inc. since September 2017, Onur has held multiple senior roles, including Senior Project Director and Operations Manager, overseeing a wide range of complex projects such as the new campus for Istanbul International Community School and various contracts for governmental and private sector clients. Prior to this, Onur worked with Baytur Construction and Contracting Co. from 2007 to 2012, focusing on cost control and commercial management for the Qatar National Convention Center Project. Earlier career experiences include roles at ARTEN CONSTRUCTION GEOLOGY AND TRADE CO. INC. and Gulsan-Çukurova JV, primarily in technical office engineering and tenders management. Onur holds a Master of Science degree in Construction Management from Istanbul Technical University.
