Rene Kolkman

Rene Kolkman is a highly experienced construction consultant and manager with extensive expertise in project management across various sectors, including construction, engineering, and civil infrastructure. Currently serving as a Construction Consultant at Hatch since September 2018, and as President and Country Manager at Hill International, Inc. since July 2015, Rene Kolkman has successfully represented the company on multiple ongoing projects. Previous roles include Area Construction Manager at HatchMott in Vancouver, overseeing EPCM projects for Pot-Ash facilities, and managing substantial greenfield Nickel processing projects. With a solid foundation in project management developed through positions at Ballast Nedam, Koop Tjuchem, and other organizations, along with a mechanical engineering education from College-Holland and Hoorn, Rene Kolkman has demonstrated leadership and technical proficiency in diverse construction environments.
