Tamer Kassem

Tamer Kassem is a seasoned project controls expert with extensive experience in the construction and project management sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Program Controls Manager at Hill International, Inc. since March 2010, Tamer is actively involved in the Technical and Commercial Evaluation Committees for the Grand Egyptian Museum's facilities management and operation bid. Prior roles include Senior Scheduler at Palm Hills Developments, Project Control Manager at Hill International, and Project Management Control Systems Manager at Turner Construction, where Tamer contributed to significant projects across the Middle East such as the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology. Tamer holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Ain Shams University and has completed various professional development courses related to project management and scheduling.
