Shavonne Pye-Strowbridge has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In their most recent position as Global HR COE Program Lead at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, they have been responsible for building strategic infrastructure, roadmaps, and program planning to support the company's success. Shavonne has also supported the Strategy & Operations function with mergers, acquisitions, and risk frameworks.

Prior to that, Shavonne worked at Blue-Mark Management Consultants as a Program | Engagement Manager, where they implemented technology and systems transformations for Canadian financial institutions. Shavonne also excelled in organizational design, change management, and strategic planning sessions.

Shavonne also gained experience at NATIONAL Public Relations, serving as a Senior Data Strategist and later as a Data Strategist and Content Strategist in Marketing Technology. In these roles, they developed and analyzed surveys, conducted stakeholder identification, and network mapping.

In addition, they worked as an Office Manager - Consultant Operations & IT at Lumency Inc., providing executive assistance, IT administration, systems integration, and training and development.

Shavonne Pye-Strowbridge holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Saint Mary's University. Shavonne also obtained a Human Resources Certificate from the same institution, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology, with Honours, at Saint Mary's University. In addition, they earned another Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of New Brunswick. Shavonne Pye-Strowbridge has also achieved certifications as a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver from Reef Pirates Diving and as a PADI Open Water Diver from Crystal Divers.
