Prior to this role, Simon worked as a Consultant at Simon Carter Wine Business Consulting and held various positions at Treasury Wine Estates, including Director - Global Direct to Consumer at Penfolds and Global General Manager - Global Travel Retail & On Premise Hotels at TWE. Simon has a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of South Australia and has attended various educational institutions for further development in the wine industry.
